Interested in wetland restoration work? Tóchar Midlands Wetland Restoration Scheme are running free training events this October for contractors and machine operators. These events will be delivered by the Crichton Carbon Centre.

Learn the theory and hands-on techniques behind peatland restoration, with site visits to raised and blanket bog restoration projects. Sessions run from Monday 5 – Thursday 8 October, with a mix of classroom learning and on-site demonstrations. You choose which days suit you, no need to attend the whole week.
